Dr Sanjeev Gupta

MBBS FRACP

Sanjeev has more than 18 years of paediatric experience He has experience caring for both neonates and older children in different contexts with special interest in neonatology (new-borns), feeding issues, early infant attachment and development. He speaks two languages including English and Hindi.

After completing paediatric training in India Sanjeev went on to work in UK and gained experience in all fields of Paediatrics by working in few of the prestigious Hospitals including St Mary’s Hospital, Royal Brompton Hospital, and Northwick Park Hospital in London. This was followed by further advance training in Paediatrics in Australia working mainly at Royal Children Hospital Brisbane, Gold Coast University Hospital and Nambour General Hospital.

Currently Sanjeev is employed as Paediatrician at Tweed Hospital covering Murwillumbah, and Byron area as well.

His passion for teaching has been recognised by his appointment as clinical lecturer at Graduate School of Medicine, University of Wollongong.

Outside work Dr Gupta loves spending time with his family. He is a keen traveller and adventure sports lover.
